Enterprise Resource Planning RFP

Through this RFP, LACAHSA solicits proposals from qualified vendors to provide a modern Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) solution to support the agency’s financial management, compliance, and operational needs. The ERP will help LACAHSA by enabling streamlined workflows, strengthening internal controls, and enhancing transparency across the organization. The selected solution will serve as a foundational system to support LACAHSA’s long-term operational effectiveness, scalability, and compliance with federal, state, and local requirements.

Vendors are encouraged to submit proposals for ERP solutions that will meet LACAHSA’s needs and detail how the ERP will support both LACAHSA’s functional and technical business requirements. Proposals should also outline the vendor’s ability to integrate with LACAHSA’s current technology architecture, provide professional qualifications regarding ERP experience and governmental expertise, include security documentation, and present a detailed cost proposal for the ERP solution.
