Measure A Funds Tracker
The Measure A Funds Tracker is a dashboard that displays how LACAHSA’s portion of funding from Measure A is allocated to eligible jurisdictions in the County of Los Angeles and across allowable uses. The tracker provides insight and transparency into the allocations by jurisdiction, by location and by eligible use.
Key Terms:
- Actual Allocation – The aggregate amount of Measure A funds actually received during FY 25-26 through the as of date selected, or the eligible jurisdiction’s proportional share of Measure A funds actually received through such date, as applicable.
- Distribution – The aggregate amount of Measure A funds disbursed by LACAHSA, either to an eligible jurisdiction upon the proper submittal of a draw request or in connection with an at-large funding allocation by LACAHSA
- Eligible Use – The term for approved uses of allotted Measure A funds, as described in the Los Angeles County Regional Housing Finance Act (SB 679) and Measure A.
- PPO – Production, Preservation, and Ownership – The category of funding aimed at increasing (1) the number of and (2) access to well-maintained affordable housing units through Los Angeles County.
- RPHP – Renter Protection and Homelessness Prevention – The category of funding aimed at addressing housing instability, reducing evictions and displacement, and preventing people from falling into homelessness.
- TA – Technical Assistance – The category of funding aimed at supporting jurisdictions in their facilitation of other programs.
