Services RFP
LACAHSA invests the majority of its funding into affordable housing production, preservation, and ownership. This includes building new affordable housing, converting existing buildings into affordable housing, preventing existing affordable buildings from going market rate, and helping low- and moderate-income households become or remain homeowners.
Through this RFP for production, preservation, and ownership (PPO) consulting services, LACAHSA solicits proposals from qualified organizations seeking to provide services under one or more of the contractor opportunities described in the RFP.
Details
LACAHSA is requesting proposals from qualified organizations with demonstrated experience in providing services as described in this RFP for PPO consulting services.
Organizations may submit proposals for one or more of the contractor opportunities included in the RFP:
- Preservation Impact Fund
- Home Ownership / Foreclosure Prevention Impact Fund
- Portfolio Modeling & Strategy
- Capital Markets Products & Strategy
Proposals must be submitted in accordance with the instructions provided in the RFP document.
To be considered, proposals must be sent to PPO-RFP@LACAHSA.GOV by Wednesday, July 22, 2026, 4:00PM (Pacific Time).
