Los Angeles County Affordable Housing Solutions Agency (LACAHSA) is launching its Stakeholder Engagement process to gather valuable feedback to design a funding program to support Community Land Trusts (CLTs) and Naturally Occurring Affordable Housing (NOAH). Through the LACAHSA CLT/NOAH Program, LACAHSA plans to invest up to $15 million to advance the mission of CLTs/NOAHs in creating affordable rental, ownership, and lease-to-own housing for lower income households in the County of Los Angeles.

 

 

LACAHSA welcomes ongoing input from stakeholders throughout this process. Stakeholders are encouraged to share feedback, ideas, and questions by emailing CLTnoah@lacahsa.gov.  All submitted comments will help inform the design of the program.
