Audit Services RFP

As a regional housing agency tasked with advancing affordable housing production and preservation, protecting renters, and preventing homelessness, LACAHSA requires independent audit services that support sound financial management and regulatory compliance, and promote public trust.

The Los Angeles County Affordable Housing Solutions Agency (“LACAHSA” or the “Agency”) is seeking proposals from qualified public accounting firms to provide External Audit Services in satisfaction of the Agency’s statutory obligations and in support of the Agency’s commitment to transparency, accountability, and responsible stewardship of public funds.

Details

The selected firm will perform annual audits of LACAHSA’s financial statements and perform agreed-upon procedures engagements for the 13 Eligible Jurisdictions that are recipients of funding administered by the Agency.

 
LACAHSA is seeking a firm with demonstrated expertise in governmental auditing, housing and community development programs, and public sector financial reporting. The selected firm would have the demonstrated ability and capacity to complete the scope of required services on a timely basis.
 
Proposals must be submitted in accordance with the instructions provided in the RFP document.
 
All proposals must be sent to audit-rfp@lacahsa.gov and received by July 17, 2026, 4:00PM (Pacific Time).
